Business Guidelines

Sometimes not every rule has an exception, such as these. Our events are always going to be fun but we want you to be aware of a few things:

• Daytime Monday-Friday is a no-go: Our Princesses have full-time jobs during the week and so are unavailable during the weekdays BUT night times are perfectly alright (providing there are no scheduling conflicts)! There's nothing so much fun as a when a Princess shows up to your sleepover, right?
• Holidays are extra: Our Princesses have families that they enjoy spending time with so any holiday event (i.e. Easter, Christmas, Halloween, Boxing Day... wait, what on earth is Boxing Day?) will charge a bit extra. But who wouldn't want the Snow Queen and her Sister to arrive at their Christmas ball?
• Princess Consultation First: Our Princesses are considerate of each other's schedules so we don't set anything in stone until we've consulted the other member. Once that's done, though, we can't wait to attend your party!
• Going the Distance: Because of our location the following towns are regular rate- Alamogordo, Tularosa, Holloman, Cloudcroft, and High Rolls. Anything further will charge extra depending on the distance. We love to visit almost anywhere and new places are always exciting!
• Two's the Limit: For safety and interaction reasons, our Princesses always come in pairs NO EXCEPTION. But, hey, two is better than one, right? 
• Respect: Our Princesses are well mannered and respectful, we expect the same from our hosts. Classic Characters reserves the right to leave if any members of the party involved display inappropriate behavior. Of course, we aren't anticipating this, everyone just wants to enjoy the party!
• Damages: If, during the event, our gear or costumes are damaged in any way by the client or client's party, the client is responsible for repairing or replacing the item. Sometimes the fun can get a little out of hand, always be ready to own up to mistakes.
• Injuries: WOW! Princesses are here! Excitement can run rampant through a party when Princesses are involved and sometimes they might run right into a table. Classic Characters is not responsible if the client or any member of the client's party is injured while participation in any activities with Classic Characters. Ring-around-the-rosies might accidentally turn into Fall-into-a-tangled-heap-on-the-ground. But no mater what, we'll always have fun!
